1. Who we are
Quantech (quan-tech.net) is operated by Ionut Pometcu, trading as Quantum Flow (business name registered with the Companies Registration Office (CRO), Ireland), 18 Clayton Hall, Staplestown Road, Carlow, R93 RH92, Ireland ("we", "us"). Contact: [email protected].
2. The service
Quantech offers trading education (lessons and live sessions), a macro research desk and charting software. Features may change, and while in beta some products are offered for free with a limited number of spots.
Quantech is educational. It is not investment, financial, legal or tax advice, and it is not a brokerage. See the Risk disclosure.
3. Your account
- You must be 18 or older and give accurate information.
- Keep your password safe; you are responsible for activity on your account.
- Accounts and product spots are personal and may not be shared, sold or transferred.
4. Acceptable use
Don't misuse Quantech. In particular, don't:
- copy, record, resell or redistribute lessons, live sessions, recordings or software;
- harass people, post unlawful content or impersonate others in chat or live sessions;
- try to break, overload, reverse engineer or get around the security of the service;
- use bots or scrapers, or create accounts to bypass limits.
5. Live sessions
Sessions may be recorded and published to members. Members join muted with camera off; if a host brings you on stage, your voice and video can appear in the recording. We may remove anyone who disrupts a session.
6. Content and software
All lessons, recordings, text, designs and software belong to us or our licensors; the Quantech platform and the Charts software are developed and owned by PixellLab LLC, and we distribute them to you under a licence and distribution agreement with them. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use them while your account is active. Feedback you send us may be used to improve Quantech without obligation to you.
7. Liability
Quantech is provided "as is". Market data and analysis may be delayed, incomplete or wrong. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for trading losses or for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of Quantech. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for gross negligence, wilful misconduct or your rights as a consumer.
8. Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, with notice where reasonable.
9. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Disputes go to the courts of Ireland, without affecting the mandatory consumer protections of the country you live in.
10. Changes
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. If a change matters, we'll tell you in advance.
